The objective was to carry out a systematic review on the concept of teacher resilience, characteristics resilient teachers, and search for main strategies that can serve improve resilience. information management done in an extended way without segment years publication different scientific articles. As result, resilience is redefined as capacity, process, ability encompass emotional, motivational, social dimensions teacher. Among teacher, humor, confidence, self-esteem, problem-solving, optimism, interest technology stand out. derive from psychological, pedagogical, linguistic-sociological.
